Posted November 15, 2017 06:11:28We know you’ve been anxiously awaiting Polygon to bring you an update on the state of YouTube, but now it seems the site has given in and will not be bringing you the same kind of content.
In a statement to Polygon, YouTube says it will not allow Polygon access to YouTube videos that feature content from YouTube’s other content partners and partners from outside the company.
Polygon has been able to see the statement and can confirm that Polygon will not get access to videos from YouTube content partners such as YouTube Red, YouTube Red Premium, and YouTube Gaming.
Polygons parent company Google owns YouTube, which is a subsidiary of Google, which owns YouTube Red and YouTube Premium.
Polygon also confirmed with YouTube that it would not be able to watch YouTube videos, and we have a message for YouTube.
It doesn’t matter if you are the creator of Polygon.
Your videos will be removed from YouTube and will no longer be accessible to our community.
